The candidate will translate business impact into recovery priorities, drive governance, and raise operational maturity across teams. Strong English communication is essential for incident coordination and updates.

Formación

• Strong experience with TSO/ISPF and mainframe environments.
• Experience in production support with governance and incident handling.
• Knowledge of HSBC Connect/HSBCnet products preferred.
• Excellent English communication for major incidents and updates.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior cross-skill operational leadership across Tier 0 GPS support and mainframe-related activities.
• Lead incidents end-to-end and coordinate across technical and business teams.
• Translate business impact into clear recovery priorities and stakeholder updates.
• Raise operational maturity through governance, documentation, controls, and measurable stability improvements.
