Capgemini Engineering in Mexico is seeking a capable IT professional to support Tier 0 GPS mainframe operations, performing incident triage, service restoration, and runbook hygiene. You will maintain logs, document handovers, and escalate issues as needed.

The role requires a Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent, knowledge of mainframe fundamentals (TSO/ISPF), ticketing discipline, and strong English communication. Production support experience in financial services is a plus.

Formación

Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent.
Knowledge of mainframe fundamentals and TSO/ISPF.
Experience in production support and ticket management.
Experience with incident triage, escalation and root-cause analysis.
Strong documentation and handover skills.
Exposure to financial services technology is a plus.
Advanced English communication.

Responsabilidades

Perform initial and secondary triage for incidents affecting client systems.
Execute documented recovery and support procedures using approved runbooks.
Maintain operational notes, control evidence, handovers, and known-error documentation.
Escalate technical risks and recurring issues to senior engineers and leads.
