Capgemini Engineering is seeking a senior contributor to provide cross-skill leadership in Tier 0 GPS support and mainframe operations in Aguascalientes, Mexico. The role bridges mainframe, production support practices, and stakeholder engagement to deliver rapid incident recovery.

The candidate will translate business impact into recovery priorities, drive governance, and raise operational maturity across teams. Strong English communication is essential for incident coordination and updates.

Formación

• Strong experience with TSO/ISPF and mainframe environments.
• Experience in production support with governance and incident handling.
• Knowledge of HSBC Connect/HSBCnet products preferred.
• Excellent English communication for major incidents and updates.
