Félix is seeking a highly autonomous Senior Regional Office Manager to own our LATAM and US workplace network from Mexico City. You will shape strategy, lead multi-country site launches, and oversee greenfield searches, fit-outs, and vendor management with a hands-on, end-to-end approach.

This role requires deep experience in corporate real estate, lease negotiations, and regulatory compliance, plus bilingual English/Spanish.

Formación

• 8+ years in senior workplace operations or regional facilities leadership.
• Proven construction project management and fit-out oversight.
• Experience managing LATAM and US office networks.
• Spanish and English bilingual; Portuguese a plus.
• Willingness to travel 50%+; based in Mexico City.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong governance, lease contracts, and vendor management expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Own multi-country network architecture, buildouts and launches.
• Lead site scouting, lease negotiations, and construction oversight.
• Manage vendor relationships, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop the network launch playbook and governance standards.
• Ensure business continuity and security across hubs.
