Flix is seeking a Real Estate Locator to shape and execute strategic and operational management of its infrastructure in the Mexico region. The role involves market analysis, field research, and coordinating with partners to enable expansion and site accessibility.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in corporate real estate, with strong knowledge of land documentation, travel readiness, and English fluency. Hybrid work and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of corporate real estate and commercial expansion experience, including site selection and land negotiation.
• Knowledge of land documentation and legal processes (deeds, leases, taxes, water services).
• Willingness to travel and fluency in English are required.

Aufgaben

• Identify new markets and location opportunities aligned with expansion strategy.
• Lead sourcing, negotiation, and closing of contracts for new land or commercial space.
• Oversee validation of legal docs and contract execution strategies.
• Coordinate with property owners, developers, and legal teams for finalization.
• Manage multiple infrastructure and access projects (10+) concurrently.
• Coordinate with partners, operations and city officials to address infrastructure or permitting issues.
• Manage contract renewals and administrative processes with accuracy and legal alignment.
