Félix is hiring a Geo Product Manager to own the end-to-end experience in fast-growing LatAm markets, driving market expansion and a magical user experience. You will design, coordinate, and launch new markets while balancing local needs with global scalability.

You will navigate multi-cultural contexts, make critical trade-offs, and work closely with Eng, Design, Data, and Ops to accelerate growth and improve CVR, MAU, and retention across corridors.

Qualificações

• Experience shaping product strategy, roadmaps and lifecycle in fast-paced settings.
• Strong data analysis and experimentation skills; data-led decisions.
• Ability to research markets and translate local nuances into features.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across Eng, Design, Data, and Ops.
• Industry knowledge in LatAm fintech/payments preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsabilidades

• Own New Market Roadmap for emerging markets and coordinate feature delivery.
• Lead cross-functional squads (Eng, Design, Data) to ship high-impact features.
• Own funnels and North Star metrics for assigned markets (CVR, MAU, Retention).
• Align market performance with regional stakeholders and leadership on priorities.
• Drive data-driven experimentation and rapid iteration based on market data.
• Collaborate on local optimization and share best practices for LatAm users.
