Xideral is seeking an experienced L3 Production Support Engineer for remote projects, with a strong focus on Java-based applications. The role requires at least 3 years of L3 Production Support experience, deep Java and SQL knowledge, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Remote work is offered for candidates in Guadalajara or Mexico City, with standard business hours and English proficiency. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing RCA, and contributing

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 6–9 years of overall software development experience.
• Fluent in English (Advanced – C1/C2).
• Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, empathy, and commitment.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies is a plus.
• AWS Certification is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L3 production support and resolve complex production issues through detailed analysis.
• Troubleshoot incidents, implement code fixes, and perform rigorous testing.
• Support Java applications and production servers running on cutting-edge platforms.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application stability and performance.
• Develop new functionalities that support evolving business requirements.
• Automate provisioning and access management processes.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design discussions, and implementation alongside cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and continuous delivery initiatives.
