Job summary

Snibe in Monterrey seeks a senior sales professional to develop strategic partnerships with public medical institutions and large private hospital groups, driving adoption of high-end laboratory automation lines and integrated IVD systems.

You will navigate tender procedures, coordinate with product, technical, after-sales and registration teams, and lead negotiations to close contracts while expanding key accounts and achieving annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proficient English covering listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Experience in key account sales within IVD or medical devices.
• Understanding of hospital purchasing workflows and decision-making structures.
• Willing to travel within Monterrey for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic cooperation with public medical institutions and large private hospital groups.
• Drive sales of high-end laboratory automation lines and integrated IVD systems; coordinate with product managers and engineers for quotes, tenders, and contracts.
• Be familiar with local medical tender procedures and market access policies; promote large hospital projects.
• Promote upgrades for existing private clients and achieve annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with product, technical, after-sales and registration teams to support client docking, project delivery and after-sales service.
• Monitor local medical market trends, competitor dynamics, hospital budgets and tender cycles; formulate targeted development strategies for key hospitals.
• Maintain high-level business relationships and support academic and marketing activities.
