Qualifications

• Participate in annual business planning of the product line/customer, implement plans, and recommend KA breakthroughs.
• Complete scanning of basic information, competitor info, procurement mode and supplier lists; propose annual priorities.
• Collect information from multiple channels, analyze markets, and provide constructive planning opinions.
• Develop director/expert relationships in high-end hospitals, understand needs, align product strategies with IT interconnection.
• Provide differentiated solutions to meet customer requirements and drive cross-department breakthroughs.
• Create regional windows in KA hospitals to enhance Mindray brand influence.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities in target customers and monitor after-sales performance.
• Plan and organize promotion events, channel meetings, academic meetings for specific groups or new products.
• With Mindray platform support, invite hospital leaders to understand Mindray's capabilities and R&D.
• Guide distributors' sales staff to collect opportunities and maintain daily hospital relationships.
• Develop secondary channels and identify strong hospital channels; introduce solution providers for large projects.
• Cooperate with product-line sales managers to supervise distributors' opportunities and share breakthrough cases.
