Job summary

Global IVD Company is seeking a Hematology Analyzers Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across Mexico through strategic distributor management and strong engagement with public and private hospitals. You will lead regional business planning, forecast performance, and tender support for public hospitals, while expanding opportunities within laboratories and healthcare networks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical, Chemist, Biologist.
15+ years of commercial experience in IVD/medical devices.
Experience managing distributors and selling to hospitals.
Knowledge of tender processes and healthcare procurement.
Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to increase market penetration of hematology diagnostic equipment.
Identify growth opportunities within public hospitals, private hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare networks.
Lead annual business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Support tender processes for public hospitals, including documentation, pricing, and negotiation.
