Epikso Mexico in Veracruz seeks an experienced Application Support/SRE professional with strong Java, Unix/Linux, and SQL skills. The role requires the ability to analyze, debug, and resolve issues, and to contribute to SRE initiatives focused on scalability, reliability, and performance.

Responsibilities include escalating incidents, automating processes, writing runbooks, and collaborating with development teams to drive improvements.

Formación

• Level L2,L3 Application Support experience, preferably in the +10 YOE.
• Technical Skills: Unix/Linux, any object-oriented programming experience (Java), with a good understanding of databases.
• Proficient in coding and debugging.
• Strong communication skills.

• Possess a solid understanding of technical concepts and be capable of writing code when necessary.
• Create documentation, runbooks, and code snippets to resolve issues and share them with the team.
