Xideral is seeking an experienced L3 Production Support Engineer to join our remote delivery teams supporting Guadalajara and Mexico City projects. The role focuses on advanced production support, RCA, code fixes, and ensuring application stability for Java-based platforms.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in L3 production support, strong Core Java and SQL skills, and experience with Splunk, Git, ServiceNow, and AWS. Fluency in English and Mexico residency are required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L3 production support and resolve complex production issues.
• Troubleshoot incidents, implement code fixes, and test thoroughly.
• Support Java applications and production servers on cutting-edge platforms.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve stability and performance.
• Develop new functionalities to support evolving requirements.
• Automate provisioning and access management processes.
• Participate in design discussions and continuous delivery initiatives.
