You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, collaborating with development teams and implementing best practices for reliability.

The role requires Java, Spring Boot, Oracle SQL, and Linux expertise, with ELK-based monitoring and caching considerations.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• Experience providing production support for Java-based applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide production support for Java-based applications, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify issues using ELK stack.
• Troubleshoot incidents related to functionality, performance, and integration.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements in a timely manner.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
• Manage and optimize Oracle SQL queries and database performance.
• Utilize Linux commands for environment handling and deployment support.
• Document processes, resolutions, and configurations for knowledge sharing.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely support during critical incidents.
