NTT DATA, Inc. in Guadalajara, Jalisco, is seeking a Software Development Sr Specialist to join our team on site in MX. You will work on core Java projects with 3+ years of experience and leverage SQL, Splunk, and Git to deliver robust solutions.

The role includes L3 production support, collaboration with global teams, and driving continuous improvement and delivery while focusing on Java performance and user experience. AWS experience is preferred and certification is a plus.

Formación

• Hands-on development experience in Core Java with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience with Java tech stack across multiple projects.
• Clear coding interview via CoderPad.io.
• 6-9 years of overall software experience.
• Strong in Java with SQL, Splunk, and Git.
• Hands-on experience using ServiceNow and process workflows.
• AWS certification is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Actively provides support for resolution of L3 issues with detailed analysis, code fixes, and rigorous testing.
• Work on supporting product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and continuous delivery.
• Focus on enhancing the performance of Java applications.
• Work with DB and write efficient SQL queries.
• Use Splunk for debugging and log analysis in production.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders in a global environment.
• Implement new tool functionalities to support changing business requirements.
• Develop functions that automate provisioning and access management controls.
• Improve user experience through technical feedback to development teams.
• Perform detailed RCA of production issues and implement corrective actions.
