STERIS is seeking an IT Systems Site Administrator in Guadalupe, Mexico. You will deploy, configure, and maintain network, telephony, Windows OS, and Office applications, delivering 1st–3rd line support and leading small projects.

The role includes infrastructure oversight, Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, security patches, backups, and mentor responsibilities for junior IT staff. Strong English communication and 5–7 years of relevant experience are expected.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in IT Service Desk, Network, Desktop and servers.

Responsabilidades

• Provides 1st–3rd level end user support for desktop and software peripherals.
• Maintains security and physical facility access
• Performs administration of networking, telephony, and data communications infrastructure and related servers.
• Monitors performance, capacity, and operational statistics for networking, telephony, and data communications; provides Telecomm support
• Installs and troubleshoots Microsoft Office, VPN remote access, and backup solutions.
• Setup and deploys applications using SCCM and manages licenses.
