This role oversees systems analysis, design, and support across global IT systems, leads cross-functional projects and mentors a team to achieve common goals. You will manage budgets for the site, coordinate external service providers, drive change management, and ensure IT infrastructure, security, and business continuity requirements are met within a dynamic electronics

Formación

• 5+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years in manufacturing.
• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services or Contract Manufacturing is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide systems analysis, design, development and support for existing Global IT Systems.
• Manage cross-functional projects.
• Manage a team of people to a common goal, including regular people leader activities (performance reviews, compensation approvals and development coaching).
• Oversee budgets and investments for small site.
• Integrate and manage external service suppliers.
• Perform and support change management activities.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and teamwork skills.
