SIG Combibloc Group Ltd in Querétaro, Mexico, is seeking an IT/OT Support Specialist responsible for provisioning, maintenance and support of the site-based IT/OT system and its network connections in office and production, ensuring IT security fundamentals and service quality.

You will work within the global IT organization, applying ITIL principles, and participate in infrastructure projects with opportunities for growth and remote work partial-time.

Formación

• Associate degree or vocational training preferred.
• ITIL understanding of service management fundamentals.
• English (Advanced) to communicate within a global IT organization.

Responsabilidades

• Provision, maintenance and support of the site-based IT/OT system and its network connections in office and production.
• Deliver end-to-end service quality according to IT Service Management processes.
• Advise on SIG standard IT Workplace hardware and software for communication and collaboration.
