Lendable is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to develop and automate in-house IT systems, troubleshoot the office IT environment, and manage day-to-day IT requests. You will help build the IT support team in Mexico alongside our UK team.

You’ll handle onboarding, cross-location support, and ensure uptime for Windows, MacOS, and SaaS integrations, while pursuing automation and efficiency in a fast-paced, 24/7 setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in IT Support/Service desk.
• Experience with MDM systems such as Jumpcloud, Jamf or Kandji.
• Experience using ITSM ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Jira, and Freshdesk.
• Familiarity with IDP platforms such as Okta and knowledge of GPO.
• Hands-on experience running Okta and VPN as code.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to visit our office locations in Kent and London as required.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for our office staff with their IT issues.
• Support IT BAU tasks, including ticketing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Provide direct support for Windows and MacOS.
• Onboarding of new joiners across multiple locations and support with their technical needs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot office IT equipment, video conferencing, networking, and peripherals.
• Develop and implement scripting tasks to streamline processes and integrations.
• Implement and maintain identity access management, networking, and secret sharing tooling.
• Provide global IT support, including on-call coverage, with UK/EU/US overlap.
