Job summary

Incode Technologies in Mexico City is seeking an IT Support Engineer who will be the main onsite contact for Level 2 issues across identity, devices, collaboration tools, and office networking. You will also drive automation projects to streamline onboarding, access requests, asset tracking, and ticket routing, while managing Okta, Kandji, Intune, and Microsoft 365 services.

The role requires 5+ years in IT support, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong experience with ticketing and vendor

Qualifications

5+ years in IT Support or IT operations with onsite work.
Fluent English and Spanish both written and spoken.
Okta administration and user lifecycle management.
Experience with Kandji (iOS/macOS management) and Intune.
Microsoft 365, Exchange Online administration and licensing.
Ticketing systems and service workflow design.
Office technology, networking, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

Level 2 onsite support for the CDMX office and associated devices.
Automate onboarding, offboarding, access requests, asset tracking, and routing.
Manage Okta accounts, groups, app assignments, and access policies.
Oversee device management for Mac and Windows (Kandji, Intune).
Administer Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online licenses, mailboxes, and mail flow.
Set up and maintain ticket workflows, queues, and SLAs.
Maintain asset inventory, and support Zoom Rooms and network gear.
