Incode in Mexico City is seeking an IT Support Engineer to be the main on-site contact for escalated issues across identity, devices, collaboration tools, and the office network. You will drive automation and process improvements for onboarding, access requests, asset tracking, and ticket routing, while mentoring Level 1–2 staff and writing runbooks.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required; 5+ years in IT support, with hands-on experience in Okta, Kandji, Intune, Meraki, and Microsoft 365 are

Qualifications

5+ years in IT Support or IT Operations, onsite in CDMX.
Experience with Okta and MDMs (Kandji, Intune).
Strong Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online admin skills.
Proficient in ticketing systems and service management.
Ability to document procedures and mentor staff.

Responsabilités

Provide Level 2 on-site support for identity, devices, and network.
Automate onboarding/offboarding, access requests, asset tracking, and ticket routing.
Manage Okta accounts, groups, and access policies.
Administer Mac and Windows devices with Kandji and Intune.
Oversee Microsoft 365 licenses, mail flow, and security settings.
Maintain ticket workflows, SLAs, and knowledge base articles.
Inventory hardware/software licenses and lifecycle management.
Set up Zoom Rooms, video conferencing, and office AV systems.
