United Exports in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking an IT Support Engineer to maintain business continuity by providing technical assistance to users, managing systems and networks, and keeping IT infrastructure stable and secure.

The Cloud, Security & Applications administrator role focuses on day-to-day administration, cloud services, endpoints, identity environment, cybersecurity platforms, and business applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, IT Engineering, Computational Systems Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
• Cloud certifications are advantageous.
• 3–5 years’ experience in IT administration, enterprise cloud productivity services, endpoint management, SaaS applications support, cloud support or similar.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise cloud productivity and collaboration suites, cloud identity platforms, modern endpoint management tools, identity and access management, endpoint security and remote user support.
• Fluent English and Spanish

As our new IT Support Engineer you will be crucialfor maintaining business continuity by providing technical assistance to users, managing systems and networks, and ensuring that IT infrastructure is stable and secure. The role contributes directly to the company’s operational efficiency and security by managing the systems that employees rely on daily.

As Cloud, Security &Applications administrator, this role is responsible for the day-to-day administration, and continuous improvement of the organization’s cloud services, endpoints, identity environment, cybersecurity platforms and business applications. The role supports users remotely across Peru, Mexico, the USA and occasionally other global locations.

Key Performance Outputs:

• Cloud Productivity: Identity lifecycle and collaboration, troubleshooting.
• Cybersecurity Operations Support: Security monitoring, incident triage, compliance evidence.
• Endpoint and Device Management: device management, deployment and compliance, Endpoint health.

Requirements

Education and Qualification:
