Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Customer Success Manager for a remote role based in Mexico. You will work with customers to ensure they derive maximum value from Samsara’s IoT platform, guiding success plans and renewal conversations. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Support, and Product teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in customer success or SaaS, strong problem-solving and bilingual English/Spanish skills. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in customer success or account management.
• Experience with SaaS products.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to value from Samsara platform.
• Develop joint success plans with customers to outline objectives and metrics.
• Conduct renewal-focused business reviews with customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams.
• Handle inquiries and escalations and resolve issues promptly.
