• 2+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or consulting role, SaaS preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Strong spoken and written language skills for cross-team work and documentation.
• High visibility role requiring priority management and emotional intelligence.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
• Candidate based in Monterrey, NL, or willing to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Be on the front-lines to ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability with Samsara’s IoT platform.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to customers for quick time-to-value.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to day-to-day users.
• Juggle multiple customer engagements and work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Explain Samsara platform capabilities to customers of all types.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
