Job summary

Samsara is hiring a Remote Customer Success Manager for candidates in Mexico. You will partner with Sales, Support, and Product to deliver customer value across IoT solutions, including renewal reviews and success plans. Travel up to 30% and relocation assistance is not provided.

2-5 years in CS/SAAS, bilingual in Spanish and English, and experience with technical products are preferred. A 4-year degree is required. Join a fast-growing, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a Customer Success, account management, or consulting role. SaaS experience preferred.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution.
• Experience with AI tools and multi-channel support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines and ensure our customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with our IoT platform.
• Compose joint success plans with customers outlining objectives, metrics, timelines, and remove barriers to value realization.
• Orchestrate renewal-focused business reviews with customers and align on upcoming goals.
• Understand Samsara platform capabilities and explain them to various businesses.
• Mitigate escalations and resolve customer issues across channels.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the service cycle from initial request to final closeout.
• Champion Samsara's cultural principles as we scale globally.
