Samsara, in Mexico, is hiring a Customer Success Manager to support customers across our Connected Operations Cloud. You will partner with clients to understand fleet needs, tailor Samsara solutions, and become a long‑term partner guiding value realization.

This role is remote for candidates in Mexico with up to 30% travel. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product to drive renewals and customer success.

Formación

• 2–5 years in Customer Success or account management, SaaS preferred.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment; takes initiative.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
• Spanish and English fluency.
• IA tools fluency (Claude/ Pilot/ Gemini, others).

Responsabilidades

• Be on the front‑lines and ensure our customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with our IoT platform.
• Compose joint success plans with customers outlining objectives, metrics, timelines, and removing barriers to value.
• Orchestrate renewal-focused business reviews with customers to align on future goals.
• Explain Samsara platform capabilities to diverse businesses.
• Mitigate escalations and resolve customer issues.
• Handle a wide range of general inquiries and questions.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the service cycle from initial request to close.
• Champion Samsara’s principles as we scale globally.
