Autoliv Mexico is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support the HR Director and central functions. You will drive strategic HR initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and provide HR support across the organization in a dynamic, international setting.

The role requires 8+ years in HR, 5+ years in leadership, and strong knowledge of HR disciplines, labor relations, and organizational development. We offer opportunities for growth and development within a global team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with business partnering.
• 5+ years in HR management and leadership roles.
• Experience with unionized manufacturing or industrial labor relations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as trusted advisor to the HR Director and support workforce planning.
• Drive strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership.
• Oversee Central Functions support including employee relations and terminations.
