Empresa Confidencial is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist to act as a strategic HR partner at a key production site in Mexico. You will lead employee relations, talent management, and compliance to align with global HR standards.

The role requires in-depth labor law knowledge, experience in manufacturing, and strong collaboration with leadership and unions. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; on-site role in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience in manufacturing (automotive a plus).
• Proven experience in labor law (LFT, STPS) and NOM-035.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with leadership, teams, and unions.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, SAP HR, or similar).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

This key role involves being the primary HR partner for employees and leadership, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor law and international standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main HR partner for employees and leadership, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor law and international standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for technical and administrative roles.
• Drive training programs in leadership, technical skills, safety, and regulatory compliance (including NOM-035).
• Manage HR operations, personnel files, payroll support, and benefits administration.
• Oversee performance management, career development, and continuous improvement in HR processes.
• Support both unionized and non-unionized environments, including negotiations and contract administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience in manufacturing (automotive preferred).
• Proven experience in labor law (LFT, STPS), NOM-035, ISO/IATF standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with teams and leadership.
• Knowledge of HRIS (SuccessFactors, SAP HR, or similar).
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English).
