Job summary

Geeks on Site is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead execution and growth for marketing initiatives across the U.S. Home Services market.

You will coordinate internal teams and external agencies, manage budgets, and translate performance data into actionable improvements. You will drive multi-channel campaigns, optimize acquisition, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to align demand with capacity while reporting on ROI and growth.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in progressive marketing roles.
• 2+ years leading marketing teams, agencies, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Direct marketing experience with U.S.-based Home Services companies.
• Proven success generating qualified leads, inbound calls, and revenue.
• Strong knowledge of paid media, SEO/local SEO, and email marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans aligned with revenue goals.
• Coordinate marketing specialists, agencies, and vendors with clear expectations.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources; adjust based on performance.
