Qualifications

• Seasoned, hands-on marketing leader with Home Services experience.
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns for residential services.
• Ability to guide specialists and agencies and optimize ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the overall marketing strategy across all brands within Otte Polo Group.
• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with revenue objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop marketing specialists, agencies, and external partners.
• Establish KPIs tied to lead generation, acquisition, conversion, and revenue.
• Identify growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
• Build scalable marketing processes, reporting, and accountability.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources.
• Execute digital channels: SEO, paid search, social, content, email, and local campaigns.
• Oversee local marketing and service-area campaigns to generate calls and bookings.
• Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for ROI and revenue.
