Job summary

RouteGenie is seeking a hands-on marketing generalist who owns the execution layer of our marketing operations. You will drive paid acquisition, email automation, website optimization, and performance reporting, building scalable processes and reusable AI workflows.

This is a remote, full-time role with standard local business hours, reporting to the Marketing Director. You will work across ABM, webinars, and customer success partnerships, and develop landings pages, dashboards, and compelling

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to independently execute email journeys and paid ads.
• Experience marketing to US or Canadian audiences is a strong plus.
• Hands-on with multiple paid acquisition channels at real budgets.
• Proficiency with Pardot and CRM/analytics stacks common in SaaS.
• Comfort building landing pages and running CRO tests.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across multiple channels and manage budgets.
• Build, test, and deploy lifecycle marketing journeys in Pardot.
• Create landing pages and run CRO tests to improve conversions.
• Develop performance dashboards and track KPIs for teams.
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and improve outputs.
• Coordinate cross-functional campaigns with Customer Success and ABM teams.
• Produce enablement assets for product launches and sales support.
