MezTal is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and marketing automation for a U.S.-based client serving North America. The role blends strategy with hands-on execution across channels, content, events, and campaigns.

You will collaborate with U.S.-based leadership, sales, and external agencies, building and measuring campaign performance, with a focus on measurable results and funnel visibility in a growing B2B tech environment.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience in B2B environments.
• Experience building demand-generation campaigns from strategy to execution.
• Proven ability to drive leads, pipeline, and measurable results.
• Experience supporting U.S. or North American markets and working with CRM/MA platforms.

Aufgaben

• Build and manage integrated demand-gen campaigns for the U.S. and North America.
• Own marketing automation, including email, nurture, landing pages, and tracking.
• Collaborate with Sales on audiences, accounts, and handoffs from marketing to sales.
• Develop content strategies across web, email, LinkedIn, blogs, webinars, and events.
• Create marketing content in English for U.S. audiences and coordinate with agencies.
• Support SEO, website conversion, webinars, and conference marketing.
• Travel to U.S. industry conferences and represent the client professionally.
• Use AI tools to enhance research, content, campaigns, and productivity.
