Fetchly Llc is seeking a Senior Growth Strategy Lead to shape full-funnel growth programs and help clients turn digital experiences into measurable business results. This remote, client-facing role connects campaign strategy, commerce, and conversion optimization to deliver thoughtful growth plans.

You will lead conversations, translate business needs into campaign plans, and drive DTC/CPG growth initiatives while leveraging UGC and influencer strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and executing full-funnel growth strategies.
• Experience in client-facing campaign strategy and communication.
• Knowledge of DTC and CPG eCommerce growth.
• Experience with UGC and influencer campaign planning.
• Understanding of Shopify and conversion optimization.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-funnel growth strategies aligned with client goals and audiences.
• Lead client conversations, translate business needs into campaign plans, and present recommendations.
• Plan and optimize DTC and CPG ecommerce growth initiatives.
• Shape UGC and influencer campaign strategies from briefs through performance review.
• Identify opportunities across the Shopify ecosystem, including customer journeys and conversions.
• Monitor campaign results, share insights, and refine strategies based on performance.
