Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an Email Marketing Lead to own strategy, execution, and growth for an ecommerce-focused client portfolio. This hands-on leadership role requires building scalable processes while shaping lifecycle marketing strategies and AI-powered workflows.

You will mentor a team, audit programs, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align retention with growth. Remote work with a US-based client base is offered; strong data-driven decision making is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years in email marketing with leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of lifecycle, automation, segmentation, testing and integrations.
Experience with large and small email volumes across brands.

Responsibilities

Lead the email marketing department by setting strategy, standards, and priorities.
Represent email marketing in client calls and own select accounts over time.
Partner with leadership on tooling, workflows, and long-term roadmap.
Monitor performance, health, and operational effectiveness.
Audit email programs across Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Mailchimp; build roadmaps.
Develop lifecycle marketing covering automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and retention.
Use AI to speed up copy, campaigns, segmentation, and workflow automation.
Oversee monthly reporting with actionable insights and recommendations.
Ensure list hygiene, deliverability, and integration quality across accounts.
Test new email/retention approaches and practical AI applications.
