WITHIN is seeking a Senior Google Ads Manager to lead strategy and execution for multiple client accounts from Mexico City. You will stay hands-on in-platform, shaping campaign structure, bidding, measurement, and growth while guiding teams to improve Google Ads capability.

You will collaborate across analytics, creative, and account teams, coach peers, and ensure campaigns align with clients’ business goals. This role is full-time and office-based in Mexico City.

Formación

• 3–5 years hands-on Google Ads across multiple clients, preferably in an agency setting.
• Deep knowledge of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, bidding strategies, and conversion measurement.
• Proven track record of improving client outcomes and explaining the decisions behind those results.
• Experience teaching or mentoring other practitioners while continuing to run accounts yourself.
• Strong judgment, client communication, and ability to prioritize across a varied portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Google Ads strategy and remain directly involved in managing and optimizing Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Oversee performance across several client accounts, connecting campaign decisions to each client's business goals.
• Guide the use of value-based bidding, enhanced conversions, and conversion data; identify and resolve measurement gaps with relevant partners.
• Develop testing plans, investigate performance changes, and make clear recommendations backed by results.
• Advise clients and internal stakeholders on opportunities, tradeoffs, and priorities.
• Coach teammates, review their work, and establish effective ways of working across accounts.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and account teams on product feeds, ads, landing pages, and broader growth opportunities.
