Incubeta in Mexico City is seeking a strategic Paid Media leader to drive the multi-channel advertising program for major clients. You will design and execute high-impact campaigns, mentor a growing team, and collaborate with creative, data, and tech specialists to maximize ROI.

The role requires strong analytic skills, proficiency with Google Ads, DV360, SA360, and GA4, and the ability to translate data into actionable optimizations.

Formación

• 4+ years in branding or performance strategy and digital media buying.
• Experience across Google Ads, DV360, CM360, SA360, Meta, LinkedIn.
• Experience with GA4, pixel implementation, tagging, and Looker Studio.
• Intermediate to advanced English; able to read technical docs.
• Preferred consulting, agency, or client-service background.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement the area's strategic vision, including new services, processes, and profitability.
• Lead and develop the Paid Media team, with technical training and soft-skills growth.
• Create standardized processes and scalable workflows.
• Oversee multichannel campaigns across Google, Meta, DV360, Amazon, TikTok.
• Analyse campaign data and document learnings for client and team.
• Ensure training and certifications; maintain traceability and order.
