WITHIN is seeking a hands-on Google Ads Manager to optimize paid search and Shopping programs across multiple client accounts. You’ll work directly in Google Ads every day, turning client goals into campaigns, tests, and measurable results.

Based in Mexico City, this full‑time in‑office role involves collaborating with analytics, creative, and account teams to improve ads, feeds, landing pages, and measurement, while coaching teammates and sharing effective approaches.

Formación

• 2–5 years hands-on Google Ads experience across multiple clients.
• Strong knowledge of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, bidding, and conversion measurement.
• Able to explain changes, decisions, and results clearly.
• Capable of managing multiple accounts with accuracy.
• Clear communication and willingness to coach others.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day campaign management across Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max for multiple clients.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns toward client goals and budgets.
• Use conversion data and bidding to improve measurement and performance.
• Diagnose changes, run tests, and share results with clients and internal teams.
• Partner with analytics, creative, and account teams to improve ads, feeds, landing pages, and measurement.
• Teach teammates practical Google Ads skills across accounts.
