Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Consultant for Talent Management and Professional Development to join their fully remote team. You will partner with diverse organizations to design and implement talent management, performance, succession planning, and career development programs.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in HR/Organizational Psychology with 7+ years of consulting experience, fluent in Spanish, and a proven ability to lead client engagements remotely while influencing

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or organizational development consulting.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing performance management, succession planning, and career development programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various training methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with HRIS/Talent Management systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive talent management frameworks and strategies for clients.
• Develop and deploy performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance reviews.
• Create and manage succession planning programs to identify and develop future leaders.
• Design and facilitate professional development programs, training initiatives, and leadership coaching.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend development solutions.
• Advise clients on best practices for employee engagement, retention, and career pathing.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
• Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in talent management, learning, and development.
• Ensure a positive and supportive employee experience throughout the talent lifecycle.
