Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Global Strategy and Operations Consultant to join a fully remote team, focused on international strategy, optimizing global operations, and driving sustainable growth for multinational clients across diverse markets. You will lead high-impact projects, analyze complex challenges, and influence senior executives worldwide.

Requires MBA or advanced degree, 8+ years in consulting, fluency in English and Spanish, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in management consulting, international strategy, or global operations.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing global strategies.
• Fluency in English and at least one other major language (Spanish proficiency is a strong asset).

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine global business strategies, market entry strategies, and competitive positioning for multinational clients.
• Analyze and optimize global supply chains, operational footprints, and service delivery models.
• Lead cross-border transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
