• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in international talent acquisition, executive search, or global HR consulting.
• Proven success in recruiting for senior leadership roles across continents and industries.
• Exceptional cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of global labor markets, recruitment compliance, and talent attraction strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies aligned with client business objectives and market dynamics.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and specialized roles across multiple countries and regions.
• Leverage international sourcing channels, including advanced search techniques, professional networks, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct in-depth competency-based interviews and assessments, adapting methodologies for diverse cultural contexts.
• Provide expert consultation to clients on global talent trends, compensation strategies, and cross-cultural hiring best practices.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of international clients.
• Collaborate with international HR teams and business leaders to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
