Job summary

Bitso, Latin America’s leading crypto-powered financial platform, seeks a Senior Sales Executive to own and grow a corporate FX and cross-border payments portfolio. You will source, structure and close multi-product deals, engaging treasurers, CFOs and compliance teams.

You’ll bring 10+ years in B2B fintech sales, proven quota attainment, and deep knowledge of USD/MXN flows, SPEI and stablecoin settlements. Remote-first, with scope across LatAm and beyond.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B fintech or banking sales with quota attainment.
• Experience selling FX (spot and forward) to corporates.
• Experience selling SPEI and Mexican domestic payments, including mass payments.
• Fluent Spanish and English, strong CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed an individual quota for FX volume, payment volume and net revenue.
• Originate new logos through outbound prospecting and industry networks.
• Negotiate pricing, spreads and terms with Trading, Treasury and Legal.
• Manage key corporate relationships and expand wallet share.
