SALESSTAR MEXICO is seeking a Sales Manager in Mexico City to lead the initial commercial efforts for crypto credit and currency exchange solutions. The role blends field hunting with building a team, operating in hybrid/remote settings, and driving cross-border partnerships.

You will work with executives to design and implement pipeline strategies, train the team in consultative selling, and ensure revenue milestones are met in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Formación

• 5+ years leading high-performance teams in complex B2B sales (Fintech, Treasury SaaS, international ERPs, Payment Gateways, or Investment/Corporate Banking)
• English & Spanish fluent

Responsabilidades

• Lead and build the commercial team as a hunter initially, then scale to manage a growing team
• Direct, coach, and empower senior Executives to hit daily call quotas, prospecting, and meetings
• Close high-value deals with Finance Directors and Corporate Treasurers
• Collaborate with Compliance and Product to localize offerings within the Mexican regulatory framework
