Capgemini Engineering is seeking an Enovia Support Engineer with 4–6 years of experience to provide L2/L3 support for Enovia/3DEXPERIENCE PLM systems, including Simulation Lifecycle Management. You will troubleshoot complex issues, monitor system health, and coordinate with DBA and development teams to ensure SLAs are met.

Work modalities include remote, hybrid, or on-site options with offices in CDMX, GDL, AGS.

Formación

• 4–6 years of experience supporting Enovia PLM applications.
• Strong understanding of Enovia architecture and components: 3DSpace, 3DPasport, 3DDashboard, Federated search, Exalead, 3DNotification, 3DComment.
• Experience with MQL (Matrix Query Language).
• Hands-on experience in Simulation Lifecycle Management (SLM).
• Good knowledge of Java/JPOs/JSPs/TCLs and Enovia customizations.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts or on-call support schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Enovia PLM applications.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve application, configuration, and data-related issues in Enovia.
• Monitor system health, application logs, and performance metrics.
• Administer and maintain SLM processes within the PLM environment.
• Work on incident management, problem management, and change management activities.
• Support Enovia deployments, upgrades, and patch implementations.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and provide permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with DBA, infrastructure, and development teams to resolve complex issues.
• Handle data fixes, MQL queries, and configuration changes when required.
• Maintain documentation for troubleshooting steps, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in Change Advisory Board meetings to review system changes.
• Ensure issues are resolved within defined SLAs.
