Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Mexico is seeking a Senior Enovia Support Engineer (L2/L3) to provide production support for Enovia PLM applications and SLM processes. You will analyze issues, implement fixes, and collaborate with DBA and infrastructure teams to ensure SLAs are met.

The role requires 4–6 years of Enovia PLM experience, hands-on MQL, and familiarity with Unix/Linux environments. Remote or on-site options are available across Mexico, with occasional on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience supporting Enovia PLM applications.
• Strong understanding of Enovia architecture and components (3DSpace, 3DPasport, 3D Dashoard, Exalead).
• Experience with MQL and SLM; good knowledge of Java/JPOs/JSPs/TCLs and Enovia customizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Enovia PLM applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, configuration, and data issues.
• Monitor system health, logs, and performance metrics; manage incidents and CAB reviews.
