Siemens Software in Mexico City or Monterrey seeks an experienced TechOps professional to maintain critical customer environments, primarily for Teamcenter and Opcenter. You will own incidents end-to-end, monitor configurations, and contribute to knowledge articles.

The role requires 3+ years in application support or DevOps, Linux, and cloud exposure (AWS/Azure). Fluency in English and cross-cultural collaboration are essential. Hybrid by default with on-site training.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, SQL/databases, and incident management tools; read logs to diagnose issues.
• Exposure to cloud and modern infrastructure—AWS or Azure, containers/Kubernetes, monitoring with Datadog.

Responsabilidades

• Own and resolve support tickets end-to-end with a customer-first mindset.
• Operate and monitor enterprise software across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Analyze logs and contribute to root-cause investigations and SOPs.
• Coordinate production changes with global teams in a follow-the-sun model.
• Collaborate with engineers and customer teams across regions to deliver reliable support.
