Zaelab is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise delivery initiatives for strategic accounts. You will oversee multiple Agile delivery teams, manage project financials, and drive successful large‑scale digital transformation programs.

The role requires a strong consulting and implementation background, cross‑functional leadership, and the ability to align stakeholders. Experience with CPQ programs is highly desirable, with CRM or digital commerce also welcomed.

Formación

• 8–12 years of project management experience leading complex software implementation programs.
• Experience managing enterprise consulting or implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and hybrid approaches.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking and delivery reporting experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams including architects, developers, analysts and clients.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale implementation projects across CPQ, CRM, commerce and digital transformation.
• Manage multiple Agile development teams with milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Own project financials including budget, forecasting, utilization and reporting.
• Partner with clients, delivery leadership, architects and engineering for successful execution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive delivery excellence in hybrid environments.
• Identify and mitigate risks with clear executive communications.
• Foster collaboration across technical and business teams toward shared goals.
• Create executive reporting on project health, status and forecasts.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance quality, predictability and client satisfaction.
