Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Salesforce Architect to set the technical direction for Salesforce projects and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will lead diverse teams and drive scalable, forward-looking systems in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires extensive Salesforce experience, leadership in large teams, and strong communication with client managers and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in technology or related roles.
• Minimum of 3 years in leadership/architect roles.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ professionals.
• Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Set technical roadmap for Salesforce solutions and lead system integration efforts.
• Mentor developers and technical professionals in robust, scalable designs.
• Collaborate with client managers and dev teams to align IT strategy with business goals.
• Introduce new frameworks and best practices to improve solution design.
• Evaluate emerging tech and recommend innovative improvements.
