Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Deployment Manager to lead field operations platform deployments across Latin America.

You will report to the Lead Deployment Manager and coordinate with Business Analysts, the Configuration team, Change Management, Support, and Local Super Users. You will drive requirements gathering, solution validation, PoC reviews, PoD and hypercare activities while maintaining close alignment with the Product Line and local teams to ensure successful go-lives and

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large deployment or implementation programs.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with requirements gathering, UAT, go-live and hypercare phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and scoping sessions with Product Line and analysts.
• Confirm solution validity and document configuration requests for the Configuration team.
• Oversee UAT execution and coordinate production pilot readiness.
• Drive deployment planning, cutover logistics, data migration and training readiness.
• Direct hypercare and support coordination with Super Users and Support teams.
• Maintain backlog items, log risks, and communicate progress to the Lead Deployment Manager.
• Monitor deployment KPIs and ensure thorough knowledge transfer to delivery teams.
