Qualifications

• 6+ years implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Data migration, mapping, validation, and reconciliation expertise.
• Leadership on multiple EC full lifecycle implementations.
• SuccessFactors EC Certification (current or recently expired).

Responsibilities

• Lead EC solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee data migration, mapping, validation, and load strategies.
• Coordinate with HRIS, IT, and business leaders; conduct workshops.
• Ensure integration with Payroll, Time, ERP, and other modules.
