EZCORP is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead for Enterprise Programs to drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives spanning IT, finance, HR, and operations across the US and Latin America. You will own program governance, dependencies, and milestone tracking while coordinating across geographies and cultures.

Formación

• 8+ years of program or project management experience delivering large-scale integration, migration, or transformation programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale programs across IT, business operations, and multiple geographies.
• Own integrated program plan and governance, manage RAID and risk frameworks, and provide executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, HR, IT, operations, legal, and field operations.
