Job summary

Smartly.io is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Enterprise Customer Success team in helping advertisers unlock performance and creativity in social advertising. You will manage a growing book of business, drive renewals and expansions, and advocate for customers across key platforms like Facebook and Pinterest.

You will serve as the main liaison between customers, partners, and our Product Development teams, delivering first-class support and translating data into actionable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer success or similar customer-facing function
• Advanced knowledge of social advertising (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat etc)
• Empathetic with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers reach their goals
• Results-driven with a bias for action and collaboration
• Strong spoken and written communication skills
• Willing to travel for meetings, conferences and industry events

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers to deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure they get the most value out of their social advertising
• Become a specialist in the Smartly.io platform and digital advertising to solve problems and provide best practices
• Build and foster strong relationships with customers and partners like Facebook and Pinterest
• Be the voice of customers to inform sales processes and product roadmap
• Collaborate across functions including Sales, Marketing, Technical Solutions, Services, Product and Engineering
• Help Smartly.io build a world-class Customer Success organization and optimize processes across the company
